About Us
We are a manufacturer of innovative off-road headers and a variety of other products for demolition derby, truck/tractor pulling and mudding, generators, pumps, and other applications. Each set of headers are hand crafted to exit through the hood and customized to fit a large variety of engines. Pedtke Headers offers high quality craftsmanship, very reasonable prices, and superb customer support. We make headers specifically for you and your engine.
We do not make headers that go under the vehicle, Manderal bent pipes, or stainless steel pipes. We use a standard exhaust shop bender and can compensate for the offset of the heads upon request.
Our flanges are made for the stock heads. If you have after-market heads, the flanges MAY NOT fit (we haven’t looked at all of the after-market heads available). Call us, we do have some after market flanges. Please allow up to 5 days manufacturing time and 5 days shipping time.

Here at Pedtke Built, we build custom off-road headers and accessories for various makes and models. Our common markets, but not limited too, are Demolition Derby, Mudding, and Truck/Tractor Pulling. Each header is made to your specifications with craftsmanship, quality, and cost efficiency in mind. Our goal is to deliver you a quality header that won’t break the bank.
Although we are a new company, we have purchased the processes and equipment from DEC Headers out of Ohio. An established header company that was in business for over 30 years providing a great product for many. We strive to continue and build on the quality they once established for so many years. With 15+ years of experience in the Demolition Derby Community as a driver/builder we are confident we can do that just.
Where do the supplies for our products come from? We have the ability to make most of the pieces to our products in house. Our in-house CNC plasma table allows us to control the quality and fitment of the flanges. The Huth pipe bender is capable of bending the aluminized pipe with ease and precision. Our collector press is capable of making various sizes and lengths of collectors for various applications. (At this time we do not offer mandrel bent pipes)
Pedtke Built headers standard flange thickness is ¼”, but can also come in 3/8” and ½”. Our headers utilize 16-gauge aluminized pipe in diameters of 1.5”, 1.75”, and 2”. Depending mostly on size the size of the primaries, we can produce collectors in diameters of 2.5”, 3”, 3.5”, and 4”. If you require something outside of those standard options, give us a call and we do our best to accommodate your needs.
